Note: Factors of the Game
Throw out all the stats for this game; this game will not be for the meek, this is a Kenai Peninsula civil rivalry and for bragging rights. Between these two teams, they have won seven state championships, SoHi from 2006 to 2008 and Kenai from 2002 to 2005. SoHi has three runner -up finishes over nine years.

Coach Brantley's plan is to have SoHi battle tested by preparing them for this championship stage. The Stars took liberty to come to Anchorage to face a much improved 4A West High team that was ranked number one the last half of the season. In addition, the Stars went on to play two other perennial 4A powers in Colony and Palmer to get ready for this arena.
